Concept for a self-service customer app. Allowing the user to pay rent, report repairs and check safety information while reducing call volume.

Allowing customers to quickly view their rent balance and navagate around the app.

My rent

Customers can see their current balance, a transaction history and pay their rent.

My repairs

Customers can report a repair and see their repair history, which also gives updates of any ongoing reports.

My home

Includes a history of checks, timeframes for upcoming checks and information on major improvements.

My neighbourhood

A quick and easy way of contacting a customer’s Neighbourhood officer as well as any upcoming events in the local area.
